Here at Tempus Two we like to do things a bit differently and our new gins are no exception. Going beyond tradition, we have launched our first range of spirits, including the World’s First Prosecco Gin which is now available at our Cellar Door for you to try!
Our approachable but intimate Gin tasting experience is the perfect way to taste and learn about our new gins. Held at our Hunter Valley cellar door in our Copper Room, we have the perfect setting for you and your friends to learn about, and most importantly taste our new gin range.
Our passionate staff will guide you through our journey from winemaker to gin distiller and explain how we have managed to marry our passion for wine and gin. You will get to taste all three gins, which have been carefully paired with a range of garnishes to elevate the drinking experience.
Never heard of it? Neither had we, that’s why we made it! This world first gin will be paired with a light tonic and garnished with grapefruit and watermelon.
Building on the flavours of our critically acclaimed shiraz wines by adding notes of juniper berries and orange this punchy number is paired with soda water and garnished with orange and green apple.
Here at Tempus Two, we are proud of our Australian heritage, Wild Botanicals is our way to showcase the best of Australiana with notes of native flora like desert lime, saltbush and wattle seed simply paired with tonic water and cucumber.
