A Mimosa and Buck’s Fizz and very similar cocktails using the same two ingredients – sparkling wine and orange juice. But they differ when it comes to the ratio of bubbles to OJ. A Mimosa is made with equal parts sparkling wine and orange juice; while its slightly boozier British cousin, The Buck’s Fizz, is made with two-parts sparkling wine and one-part orange juice.
