Persistent heat and lower-than-average rainfall across key growing regions led to an early and compressed harvest -but it didn’t hold Tempus Two back. Quick decision making and strong coordination from the winemaking team ensured well managed vineyards and high quality, balanced wines. Despite this year's climatic challenges, this year’s vintage delivered excellent varietal definition, balanced acidity, and strong regional character. Early- harvest whites retained their vibrant freshness, while reds like Shiraz showed deep colour and rich, ripe fruit expression.
